BRACOO SE22 waist trimmer is an adjustable sweat belt you wear around your waist while you train. It works like a small sauna band. It keeps heat close to your midsection, so you sweat more during cardio, gym sessions or home workouts. The belt also wraps firmly around your core, which gives your midsection extra support and helps you feel more stable as you move. The fit is adjustable, so you can set it as snug as you like and wear it over or under your workout clothes. Good for: running, cycling and other cardio gym and weight training home workouts and fitness classes Wear it during exercise, drink plenty of water, and take it off when you finish.
