These terms apply to everyone who uses nixomarket (https://nixomarket.com), operated by Nicu Adrian Ionita … trading as nixomarket, 10 Denham Green Lane , UB9 5LD.

1. The service

nixomarket is an online marketplace where individuals and companies across Europe and the United Kingdom publish classified ads. We are not a party to any sale between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own deals.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. Company accounts must provide the correct company name and, where applicable, VAT number. You are responsible for keeping your password secret.

3. Listings

  • You may only list items or services you are allowed to sell.
  • Listings must be accurate, in the right category and must not be illegal, misleading, offensive or spam.
  • We may review, edit, refuse or remove any listing and suspend accounts that break these rules.
  • Individuals who want to sell items must first pass our identity check: a photo of an identity document and a recent proof of address that match the home address they give. We may refuse or suspend sellers we cannot verify. Companies are checked against the official company registers.
  • Listings expire after a set period and can be renewed from your account.

4. Plans and limits

The number of active listings and photos depends on your plan (Free, Silver, Gold, Premium or Platinum). Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans start once we confirm payment and run for the period you paid for. If a paid plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan.

5. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you keep all rights given to you by the laws of your country. Companies selling to consumers must respect consumer law, including the information and withdrawal rules for distance sales.

Some listings published by our team link to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Members on the Platinum plan may add Amazon product links with their own Amazon Associates tag. They earn the commission on those links, must follow the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement (including its rules on product images and prices), and their ads with Amazon links are checked by our team before they go live.

7. Liability

We provide the site "as is". We are not liable for the content of users' listings or for transactions between users, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

Buy now (card payments through Stripe). Sellers who connect a Stripe account can let buyers pay by card on nixomarket with Buy now. The money goes straight to the seller's own Stripe account: the seller is the merchant of record and is responsible for the item, the delivery, refunds, returns and disputes (chargebacks). nixomarket does not hold the money. For each Buy now sale we receive a commission, a percentage of the item price (not of the delivery cost) that depends on the seller's plan and is shown on the Pricing page and in the seller's profile; Stripe deducts it automatically from the payment. Stripe also charges the seller its own processing fees. Sellers must accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and follow Stripe's rules. When a seller refunds a sale, our commission is returned in proportion to the refund. Buyers should contact the seller first about any problem with an order; card payments may also give buyers chargeback rights through their card issuer.
